Took my son shopping to buy his b day presents and needed to get them without him seeing (not the easiest of tasks)' travelled 25 miles to get there and was thrilled with the staff who were so helpful and were more than.happy to help me get the toys from the till to the car without him seeing. However I wasn't expecting I'm assuming it was a member of management to be so rude to her staff when all they were doin.was "customer service" and helping me. I did apologize to the girl who helped me if it got here into trouble for leaving her till. Even tho someone else jumped on. Shop would not operate without the helpfull staff and and maybe the m ment cud do with a course of c service
