Usually my experience in Starbucks is an enjoyable one but today's experience was far from it, rach served me and made me feel stupid for getting the name wrong and an inconvenience for having a Starbucks points card which I was keenly applied for by one of her colleges earlier this year. I felt felt very uncomfortable and unwanted and if it wasn't for the other lovely staff memebers which I have become friendly with I would not be returning.
