  I have been trying to get hold of parts for the last 3 days to order a part that needs to be ordered and imported from japan. I don't care about the cost, I am prepared to wait and I accept that this will take time. I am not prepared to wait 3 days just for a call back!!! I am currently driving a car that is at the mercy of a roll of duct tape!!! #CHESTERNOSTARS

  Please read ALL of my review! After reading some of the reviews I had serious doubts about the customer service I would receive when I visited to test drive a Passat. Got to say that the chap I dealt with, Luke, was excellent - helpful, friendly, not at all pushy, and well informed. All you could hope for with a sales assistant. He hasn't promised to buy me a pint if I gave him a good review, just credit where its due! An update! Sadly this all changed when I went back a year later for the free courtesy car and service that I had negotiated when I bought the car. Luke and his manager had left, and they initially denied that either item had been included when I bought the car. Fortunately I had an email confirming it, and after being being passed around from pillar to post, they eventually agreed to provide the service. However, they refused to drop off a courtesy car at my house as originally agreed. This meant that I had to take a day off work and drive 1 hr to Chester to drop my car off, and then wait half a day while it was serviced, as I didn't want to spend 4hrs dropping it off and picking it up. I would happily give Luke 5 stars again, if I could find where he now works, but have downgraded Lookers to 1 star.

  Chester Nissan are a shambles . Bought two cars from them,one is fine and the other had the engine management light come on 10 miles from home . We live 80 miles away. phoned them the next morning ,to cut a long story short ,have made numerous phone calls to them and there is never anybody there to speak to hmmm. Nobody ever rings back .I have had to go through head office now and am returning the car to them this week on a right to reject within 30 days. I could care less whether they like it or not , that's the only option left to me at this point . A car I cannot use sitting on the drive ,utter disgrace . Nissan UK, get your damn act together . Treat your customers better and teach your Chester branch some damn customer service skills in particular your general manager ,who NEVER calls back . Update 13th march 2018. The car was taken back on the 28th February , they said she would have a full refund of her deposit and trade in value of her old car within 5days . 2weeks later ..nothing . She has just spoken to the finance company who are under the impression they can keep the car AND her money !?! Head office now to see if we can get sense out of anybody .
