Firstly paid the £200 move me closer fee on a bmw which was still available on the day I phoned the Coventry branch but I received a phone call saying it was not on site and had been sold 5 days earlier ! Oh come on. So I decided to view an Astra in Chester all booked in see you between 10 and 11 nope the car wasn’t on site it was in the prep area ! Great 90 mile round trip boom wasted ! Please read the reviews don’t do it !!
