  Bad communication between branches! I needed my glasses sent from another store where my insurance policy was held and I waited almost 5 weeks for them, having to go in and remind them twice a week! Left my number 3 times and was only contacted after 5 weeks. Didn't come into contact with one friendly member of staff and was consistently told to come back in 20 minutes as they were too busy to deal with me.

  Went in to buy some bits & to pick up a prescription & some bits. Shop was quiet. The store assistant was as helpful as possible. While waiting for my prescription the pharmacist answered the phone in the pharmacy (which is fine) but when she is still on the phone for nearly 15mins having a politicaly correct gossip about other staff members while you are waiting, it gives you the impression that she may have been more efficient if she wasn't on the phone. Plus the prescription was very expensive!
