  Yesterday I went into Boots to do some make-up shopping and at one of the isles I picked up a foundation and the lid wasn’t on properly and absolutely covered and it had gone all over my brand new grey suede jacket I had just bought, I approached a member of staff and she got the manager for me and explained the situation, now it was a complete accident and not their fault but the customers who didn’t put the lid back on properly but despite that the manager was absolutely amazing, she called the head office for me and asked for permision to reimburse me the money to go and buy another jacket. I was amazed with how this lady handled the situation, really really impressed and I left the shop really happy. I’m gutted I don’t remember those ladies names, I think one of them was Lucy. Thank you so much ladies you’ve made my day!
